Have you ever thought about these?

• 12,000 million baht was allegedly stolen. Only about 600 million baht was donated to Wat Phra Dhammakaya.  Why is Wat Phra Dhammakya the only one to receive the summons? There is still 11,000 million baht left unaccounted for, but DSI have not opened any investigation for. What about the rest of the money? It is like losing a $100 bill and a dime, but only looking for the lost dime. How curious!

• The thousands millions of baht was donated to several organizations. For example, 30 million baht to the Red Cross. How come DSI investigated only Wat Phra Dhammakaya? DSI also tried to charge Wat Phra Dhammakaya with embezzlement, money laundering, and receiving stolen goods. Why didn’t DSI charge other organizations with receiving stolen goods? Why has Wat Phra Dhammakaya been the sole target?

• Wat Phra Dhammakaya could not return the donations because it would have been unlawful. However, the followers of the temple expressed their generosity by fundraising about 600 million baht to help the 50,000 members of the Credit Union, the victims, despite the fact that they had no obligations to do so. What would you do if you were them?

• When the victim (the cooperative) informed DSI and the prosecutors to withdraw the charges against the temple, why did DSI insist on prosecuting Wat Phra Dhammakaya even though both parties agreed to reconcile?

• Over thousands of million baht lost from the Credit Union was divided into several hundred cases. Wat Phra Dhammakaya’s case was only one of those cases and was shortlisted as almost the last case. Why is DSI in a hurry to finalize the last case before all the other cases?
